The disappointment of not winning the first three tests continues for the Indians, and this time they may be even more saddened by the fact they may end up loosing the series 1-0. India decided to bat first on a relatively good pitch but suited for the bowlers surely. From the first ball it was evident that the pitch had good bounce and carry and it looked shaky for India.

A flash of brilliance from Sarwan sent Sehwag to the pavilion taking a brilliant catch at forward short leg. Wasim Jaffer soon followed with the score on 3. VVS Laxman the man in form from the last test match looked in good touch but was caught at Gully by the substitute fielder Morton. Meanwhile Rahul Dravid looked as solid as a rock at the other end not giving a chance to the Windies bowlers, while the other batsmen kept getting out.

Yuvraj Singh and Kaif soon followed. It was all Jerome Taylor on the first day, he bowled a great line and length and with good pace. There was no coming back after the early disappointment of Viru getting out on the 3rd ball of the match.

India got all out on 200 and now the match is surely for the West Indies to loose!
