Indian wicket-keeper & batting sensation Mahendra Singh Dhoni is confident that he will be able to keep performing for his team and not be affected by the West Indies pace bowling. Ahead of the practice match in Jamaica, Dhoni said that the tracks in the West Indies had slowed down over the years and that pace was not as big a factor as it used to be previously. He said the practice pitches that the team has been playing on provide strength to their belief that the pitches are not very quick. On whether he would be making any adjustments in his technique for the tour, he said he would make adjustments as and when they were required but did not see any immediate need for changes in his technique. Dhoni will be a huge threat to the West Indies going into the series as he is in incredible form and if the West Indies do not come up with plans to stop him, he could run away with the series for India.
