India is now out of the Tri-series being currently held in Malayasia between Australia and West Indies. Indians had to win their last match against Australia to qualify for the finals but didn't manage to do so. The match was extremely interesting and even throughout. The Indian team thought they would go through after they managed to beat the Windies in their last match.

Australia was bowled out for 213, and the bowling looked very impressive. Sachin Tendulkar was given wrongly out when he was adjudged caught behind off Mcgrath, but was then called back to bat. Even though he didn't manage to do put on any score and was out in the next over itself.

After that it was all chasing the entire 50 overs, India never looked convincing and kept loosing wickets at regular intervals. They had hopes till the last wicket as Dinesh Mogia was batting with number 11 and was the only batsmen who looked good in the team. Even so, India lost by 13 runs and it was disappointing to see that.
