The Delhi Daredevils back on winning track after beating Bangalore Royal Challengers by 10 runs on Wednesday. Glen McGrath’s excellent bowling performance of 29/4 helps Delhi to win the match after losing their last match. That was the Aussie’s IPL first four-wicket haul.  Everything went wrong for the Bangalore Royal Challengers after winning the toss. They elected to to bowl first. The Delhi Daredevils got off to a good start scoring 53 runs in 5 overs before Captain Virender Sehwag got run out. Then 98 runs stand between Gautam Gambhir and Shikhar Dhawan guided them to an impressive total of 191 runs.  Gautam Gambhir scored 86 runs while Dhawan made 50 runs.

Chasing a big total of 192 runs Bangalore Royal Challengers needed a good start but they weren’t lucky yesterday as McGrath was on a mission and had took three wickets inside the first five overs to leave the Bangalore Royal Challengers at 48 for three.  Although thanks to effort of Jacques Kallis and Rahul Dravid who put on a  superb 87-run partnership gave the Bangalore team a chance but to no avail. They just short 10 runs for win.

The Delhi Daredevils moved into second place in IPL following a win over Royal Challengers while Royal Challengers remain at the bottom.
